1. Information We Collect Business owners and staff: name, email, phone number, business and KRA details, and payment references. Customers of businesses: name, phone number, email or KRA PIN where the business records them on a sale, quote or receipt. 2. How We Use It To run the POS, issue receipts and quotes, submit invoices to KRA eTIMS when enabled, send messages requested by the business, process payments and keep accounts secure. 3. Sharing Sales data is shared with KRA only when the business enables eTIMS. We use service providers for payments (M-Pesa), SMS, WhatsApp and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. 4. Retention We keep data while an account is active and as required by Kenyan tax law. You may request deletion by contacting support. 5. Your Rights Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. 6. Security Passwords are hashed, API and eTIMS keys are encrypted, sign-in is protected with one-time passcodes, and every administrative action is recorded in an audit log. 7.
